Endlich habe ich es geschafft. Mein Gewicht ist jetzt im 70 kg Bereich angekommen. Mit den aktuellen 70,85 kg bin ich sehr zufrieden. Mein Ziel, die 7 vorne wegzubekommen, sodass eine 6 vor dem Komma steht, ist in greifbare Nähe gerückt. Ab 70,20 kg kann ich dann auf 30 kg Gesamtabnahme zurückblicken. Heute werde ich eine Sportpause einlegen, da ich in den letzten 7 Tagen 309,94 km mit dem #Fahrrad gefahren bin. Ich möchte es ja nicht übertreiben. #Abnehmen #Gesundheit #Sport #Motivation #BMI
