Freund*innen die für mich da sind / Friends being there for me 
ich hab’s probiert obwohl ich Angst hatte / I tried even though I was scared 
Zitronencake / lemon cake Oops, I haven’t been keeping up with this. I am happy to report though that my last few days have been pretty okay mostly
movement without pressure feels good and is fun the therapist took some extra time to help me calm down 
yesterday I said something that was annoying me and I’m still proud of myself for that, and I got an apology and otherwise it didn’t have any bad consequences for myself -

mein persönlicher Yatzy-Highscore / my personal yatzy Highscore Therapie war weniger schwierig als erwartet / therapy was less difficult than expected ich durfte einen süssen riesigen Bernhardiner-Hund streicheln / I was allowed to pet a cute HUGE bernhardiner doggy -

ein Spaziergang in der Sonne / a walk in the sun ich habe versucht meine Bedürfnisse zu äussern, es hat nicht 100% so funktioniert wie ich wollte aber es zu versuchen ist ein Anfang / I tried to voice my needs, it didn’t work out 100% as I wanted it to but trying to is a start liebe Freund*innen / lovely friends ich bin gut durch einen vollen Tag gekommen / I got through a full day okay ich hab geübt Raum einzunehmen / I practiced taking up space vielleicht kann ich bald wieder heim / maybe I can go home soon

ich habe viele Pausen gemacht / I took lots of breaks zuhause sein und das Malen nach Zahlen weitermachen / being home and continuing the painting by numbers ein kurzer Spaziergang mit Waldrascheln und Vögeln / a Short walk with whispering forest sounds and birds ich durfte heute rumrennen und schreien und lachen dabei / i ran around screaming and laughing today die Bücherei (und die sehr freundliche Bibliothekarin) / the library (and the very kind librarian)
Therapie war ein bisschen nervig aber ich glaube ich hatte eine Erkenntnis / therapy was a bit annoying but I think but I think I had a revelation
