The U.S. can learn from Europe that the Orban system describes how democracies can be used to finance anti-democratic movements.
Orban was educated at elite Sovjet institutions on the interface between democracy and law; that's his 'network'.
The madness of what can be seen in the U.S. is likely the emerging of a parasitic fascist state within a state, financed by the host.

Money from tarrifs paid by American companies, goes to the U.S. Department of Treasury making to the general affairs budget. Thats the theory. This also was a practice in the past era of government institutions acting lawfully. Now nothing prevents that money going to Quatari bank account of Trump family.
