Wenns nach mir ginge wäre die Erfassung des Geschlechts strafrechtlich verboten und auch beim #Reisepass nicht gegeben.

• Denn historisch wurde auch kein Geschlecht in Reisepässen eingetragen!

Ich verlage ferner #PersoOhneFinger & #PassOhneFinger denn die #USA machen auch keine #Fingerabdrücke in #ID-Karten wie #Pass, #Passkarte oder #Führerschein...

@kkarhan @thygrrr In USA weist man sich mit "picture ID" aus - das kann ein Büchereiausweis sein; typisch ist der Führerschein. Und für den wird man ohne vorherige ID-Kontrolle fotografiert. Entsprechend einfach ist es, einen Führerschein mit eigenem Bild, aber falscher Identität zu kriegen.
Solange man weiß ist, natürlich.

Also the official petition & portal would not have a huge-ass dropdown at the signup page if it wasn't permissible as non-citizen/resident to register and none of the Terms of Service mandate signatories to be residents or citizens of Germany.

• Petitioning is a human right in Germany

• All it does mandate is correct details at signup.
