Ohmann, eine Packung Lamberts Dominosteine Zartbitter (125 g | 10 Stck.) hat ca. 71,5 g Zucker.
Das sind ca. 24 Stck. Würfelzucker. Das ist fast das Dreifache von dem, was heutzutage empfohlen wird (ich meine nicht die überholten Empfehlungen der DGE). Und wie schnell sind mal 10 Dominosteine weggefuttert.
In meinen schlimmen Phasen habe ich davon mal locker drei Packungen gegessen. Nicht mehr mit mir!
