@guslaker it's commercialized to an absurd extend, like practically all major leagues in Europe. I haven't seen a single of these high league matches live for over 20 years and I'm not going to change this.

If I feel the strong urge to see football I'll go to the local stadium or an 2nd league stadium at max. That's it.

Personally, I was never a fan of cutting vertically and horizontally, which is the way professional chefs usually apply. Especially the horizontal cuts towards ones other hand seem pretty risky to me. That's why I started cutting onions radially. Not as sophisticated as described in the article but I'll definitely try next time.
