@sydneyw At the beginning, I searched for hashtags, then I checked out conversations, and if somebody wrote something I liked, I checked out the profiles, followed sometimes.So when posts started to appear in my timeline, I checked again the conversations, got in, when I felt, I could add something, and so on. Like if you were in a pub, but not ashamed to approach people (hard to imagine, I know).If you were on Twitter, check out if former mutuals are here. They often use the same handles.
