@breitensteinart yeah, I did, it might be fixed now, but for some reason no matter what I tried, my browser kept telling me it wasn't a search engine. I tried updating, reinstalling firefox, installing from a different source, it was baffling. So I went looking for an extension because I thought, I bet someone has thought of this. Aaaaand they had! Who even knows what other AI queries are being auto generated without our consent these days by advertisers, too. hopefully it works.

@breitensteinart I couldn't get that to work on my phone, but I did find a Firefox extension that blocks AI searches from being completed - or so it claims - so it doesn't just hide the results, it tries to stop the requests entirely, to save the resources from being wasted. I have not been bothered by seeing the search results since then, though I have reported and blocked some websites since then. (Just leaving this in case anyone else who sees your OP had similar problems.)
