One of my favourite (ironically) stories of LGBTQ+ history is about Queen Anne's chambermaid, Abigail Hill.
Whilst there's, obviously, no concrete evidence, Abigail was described as the 'Slut of State' (among other things) by a jealous ex-chambermaid of the Queen after she replaced her in the Queen's bed 
This story inspired the 2018 film, The Favourite!
