@dplattsf @joby now I give feedback when they ask: every time I'm interrupted in my work by their popup to get my opinion on their site, that's the minimal note for them. I always leave a comment to explain that the site is bad because of the popup.
The bar was low: don't disturb; and they failed.
Not sure that it's worth anything but I feel better nonetheless.
