I can’t remember where I saw it, but I feel like today is a good time to revisit the concept of “Vegan + bacon”.True! I’ve been a vegetarian since forever, and I love love love spice mixes they sell for meat, BBQ, curries etc.
So often, I’ll just toss some veggies in a pan, stir fry them, and add some spice mix - ras el hanout, baharat, garam masala etc. Yum!
