Practice self-care when you can in these days. I did exercise and yoga before reading the news this morning. Later in the morning, I took a little moto ride (down to the bay and around). Both really helped.

Taking care of yourself like that isn’t selfish: you can’t beat the bastards if you are exhausted emotionally and/or physically. And we need to beat the bastards.
