@JosephMeyer Haha, the US isn’t exactly being viewed too positively right now. The whole world order seems to be shifting, curious to see how it turns out!

I’ve only been using Mastodon (is that the right way to say it? I also see ‘in the fediverse’ a lot ) for a few days, and I’m amazed by how different it feels without the addictive algorithms and overly engaging features! I can almost feel my brain calming down!

Hi! I’m new here, fed up with the more common American social media. I remember the fun old days of surfing the internet, hopping from one homepage to another! For now, Mastodon feels a bit like that. Correct me if you disagree!

Anyway, I love aikido, good stories, saunas, hearty breakfasts (Scandinavian & British style!), and craft cocktails. Used to code in HTML/CSS and dream of learning more IT, but time’s always short!
