Even better if you consider that the vaccine reduced the case fatality rate (CFR, deaths due to infections, about 0.3% before vaccination) of COVID-19 by at least 50% and this is a conservative estimate. This means the vaccines saved more than 1 in 1,000 lives while inducing fatal immune reactions in less than 1 in 200,000.
