@susankayequinn @PhoenixSerenity Not everyone is intrinsicly bad, but some people are. Much as I think we'd agree that the best way to move forward is to build a system where that's not dominated by such a conclusion, too many aren't willing to accept that it has negative impacts.

The thing you're trying to teach is harder because it's two things at the same time: Learning how the language parser reports errors. The student learning to debug how they think.
I've been coding for years. Parser errors are hard enough and are often obscure in some languages.
