@lexinova @disorderlyf @signalapp I started looking into #deltachat !!
To me (for me) that solves all these problems. Decentralized, using email transport system, lots of "chatmail relays" (think of it as email providers) to choose from, and switch instantly if you want. Chatmail relays easy to host (they say).
Now I need to convince family and friends to start using it.........
