Doing what an ICE officer says or getting shot, should not be the only options.

Perhaps not putting Ross on duty if he had PTSD?

The video CLEARLY shows the wheels of Renee Good's vehicle pointing to the right - AWAY from the ICE officers. The murderer was in no danger, and the video shows his body and feet nowhere near the wheels or vehicle.

He simply should not have shot her. Your statement is wholly incorrect.

If he wanted to stop her car he should've shot at *THE WHEELS*, not at *HER*!
