My alarm clock for the last few years is a Blonde Siamese who will begin howling getting louder and more harsh the longer I ignore him wanting Breakfast, sometimes before dawn because he is a jerk. I could hear him in my dreams the other am, but was not actually awake until one of the tigers jumped of the headboard and landed right on my face. There is no Snooze button apparently.
