tip of the day: If you're looking for an assistive technology specialist at an institution for the blind, I don't think it's a very good idea to have a driver's license as a requirement to be considered for the role. By enforcing such a requirement, you're essentially cutting off the people who would be the most capable of performing that particular job. Naturally, I will not be mentioning the name of the organization with this lackluster requirement.
