I have been utilities-cut-off-eviction-notice-on-the-door poor in my life, though, and there are some places where I never would have considered working.

I've seen people say that we can't condemn everyone who works at ICE—there are employees who work in buildings who don't deal with people who are detained.

Some people are probably saying that giving in to fear is letting Them win, because They want us to be afraid.

The thing is, it's normal and rational to be afraid. Fear is not the problem.

Choosing to stand by and do nothing in the face of fear is the problem.
