@daringfireball yes. And, it’s buggy and inconsistent. Another feature of Tahoe is layering bugs (click event delivered to wrong window that is not the top one, and timing bugs (events processed in clearly the wrong order). Whether the resize cursor even shows up is a crapshoot.
