One prefers pets on the cheek and scritches on the chin.
The other one prefers scritches on the neck and pets on the ears.Hopes it help science.

But my first furry baby (rip), had a massive preference for her chin. -

@pseudonym 'ADHD cat' round the corner gets upset if you pet them on anything other than their back. Wait for them to brush against you. Stroke their back. Repeat. Anything else is generally forbidden.
Poor thing gets very easily overstimulated.
