That sort of failure to load isn't always due to poor skill in designing/implementing, though. Sometimes it's well-made and doing exactly what everyone involved intended it to do. In that case, it's still your fault for being a despicable, data-greedy disgrace of a developer.

Elephant in room time.
NO website should use Google Analytics or indeed ANY 3rd party content. That creates an additional point of failure, privacy issues and a security issues.I hate it when I try a nice Wordpress theme and discover it's gratuitously using 3rd party content because the developer is an idiot.
I mostly block 3rd party content with a browser plugin.
