I found a similar thing on the web site of a Dutch newspaper @volkskrant - they had actually left X over a year ago but they forgot to update their web site.

@raycunningham Good. But don't forget.... I found a similar thing on the web site of a Dutch newspaper @volkskrant - they had actually left X over a year ago but they forgot to update their web site.
@rozeboosje @volkskrant twitter was around so long a lot of those things are deeply embedded into web sites and processes. We're aware of those links, but need expert help to remove them
