Booked a house in Shetland for our visit in October next year already. It will coincide with the Shetland Accordion and Fiddle Festival (!) and who knows how big of a crowd it will bring in. All the accommodations could be fully booked! (Probably won't be, but better be safe than sorry.

@Geisseltierchen That's understandable. Iceland accommodations get booked up really quickly, especially the reasonably priced ones. I should start looking into accommodations for our Westfjords trip in 2027!
Last time we went to Westfjords, there weren't really that many accommodations to choose from. -
