67% of Zoomers choose sleep over sex

The EduBirdie service surveyed 2,000 people in February 2026. According to the results, the majority of Generation Z (born 1997-2012) would rather sleep than spend the night with a partner.

Priorities include a stable job (64%), personal achievement (59%), friendship (50%) and time alone (46%). At the same time, 37% are still actively having sex.
