@dansup I wanted to setup an account a few weeks ago, but got too upset with their password policy, that I dropped it. If an app tells me I can't use a or a set of characters, I just can't trust its security. If the coders can't work out how to prevent code injection via a password string, what hope is there with the rest of the code? Naming one's kid "Sandy drop table *" seems to still be the only good reason to have a kid, as they only filter Bobby‍️/j

@teacherjasonthailand Are you talking about Pixelfed? The only password requirement is min of 8 characters, it gets hashed to argon2d

@dansup Yep, I was very surprised that my passphrase with spaces was not accepted. It did seem bizarreand wad unexpected. I'll try again...
