@dwasmkuk Farage is riding high in the polls specifically because Labour will not address the economic elephant in the room of the damage Brexit has done, and lay it firmly at the door of the people who were its champions.
This is political stupidity. The UK needs to be reminded EVERY DAY of who authored its economic pain and how it might be possible to get out of it.

@Remittancegirl Indeed. The whole little-islander perspective of English/British exceptionalism/standing alone inverts the reality that we have earned our living by trade and soft power for the past few centuries. We need foreigners/immigrants/trading partners and we need to relearn this before they stop needing us!

@Remittancegirl @dwasmkuk unfortunately if people in the UK couldn't see the absolute shambles that Farage caused last time by dragging us out of the EU and that everything he said would happen didn't showing that everything he said was a lie, then I honestly cannot believe the people won't be willing to vote for the lying charlatan again, and again, and again, until they have lost everything and the UK media still continue to tell them it's just down to the immigrant still...
