She says there was also a calf (not pictured). She further described moose scat as “like whitetail deer shit, but the size of malt balls.” Some of us more eccentric Texans, familiar with local deer shit as a pile of black beans, get pretty worked up about giant non-bovine wild ruminants. #moose

Apparently this is the moose calf. My sib is an even worse nature photographer than I am, sadly. What a weird looking creature tho. I love it.
