    Crummy iPhone Photo of the Day: my sib Tidy just went snowshoeing in Utah and, I am happy to report, realized her lifelong dream of seeing a wild moose in person. She says there was also a calf (not pictured). She further described moose scat as “like whitetail deer shit, but the size of malt balls.” Some of us more eccentric Texans, familiar with local deer shit as a pile of black beans, get pretty worked up about giant non-bovine wild ruminants. #moose

          Apparently this is the moose calf. My sib is an even worse nature photographer than I am, sadly. What a weird looking creature tho. I love it.
