Our own president is responsible for killing over 10x that many Americans, with his intentional bungling of the pandemic response.
Its not that I don't care about Iranians, I do.
But I'm preoccupied with the murdering child sexual abuser who is President of the United States, running a campaign to shoot American citizens that disagree with him and advancing his plan to attempt another overthrow of the United States Government.Now that the excuses are out of the way... what can we do to help?

This response doesn’t address Iran at all.
It deflects with whataboutism, swaps in unrelated U.S. grievances, stacks extreme claims as facts without evidence, conflates outrage with causation, and invents a false dilemma where caring about Iranian civilians conflicts with criticizing America.
If anything you highlighted my issue with certain people suffering from selective morals and outrage
