urgh, anyone who has an idea for an EU hosted Project management System with a free plan (that has unlimited projects/tasks)?

urgh, anyone who has an idea for an EU hosted Project management System with a free plan (that has unlimited projects/tasks)? I'm willing to pay once this is tested and works well for us, but I can say for sure that that a trial period doesn't work haha (we're chaos).

Also it has to be intuitive (two tech noobs and a very tired me who doesn't have spoons for things anymore)
