Oops, I haven’t been keeping up with this. I am happy to report though that my last few days have been pretty okay mostly
movement without pressure feels good and is fun the therapist took some extra time to help me calm down yesterday I said something that was annoying me and I’m still proud of myself for that, and I got an apology and otherwise it didn’t have any bad consequences for myself -
