In einem lokalen Ordner liegt ein Shell-Script (datei.sh)

Datei ist als ausführbar markiert.

Terminal im Ordner starten -> sh ./datei.sh -> Script startet korrekt.

Jetzt will ich einen Shortcut erzeugen.

Menübearbeitung öffnen -> Neuer Eintrag -> Befehl: /home/ich/Ordner/datei.sh

Im Menü auf den neu angelegten Eintrag klicken: Nix passiert.

Ein Rätsel.

Script file is marked as executable.

When double-clicked in Nemo, a dialogue opens with following options (in german, so maybe called different in english dialogue):

- Execute in Terminal
- Show
- Cancel
- Execute

Neither option 1 nor 4 works.

Only way is to open terminal explicitly in this directory and type "sh ./file.sh".

Ich gebe den Pfad zur Datei nicht manuell ein, sondern wähle sie über den "Auswählen"-Dialog aus.

Er dürfte also eigentlich nicht ins Leere laufen.

Does the file have a shebang? And did you already try running the file not by executing itself, but by opening "/path/to/sh /home/ich/Ordner/datei.sh"?

Script starts with #!/bin/sh

Working:
sh /home/ich/Ordner/datei.sh

Not working:
/user/bin/sh /home/ich/Ordner/datei.sh

because of "whereis sh" -> /user/bin/sh

(/user/bin/sh: file or directory not found)
