@Tutanota why I dont beleive in threat models they are an artifact of the past security and privacy is now equal nomatter if your a high ranking official or an ordinary citizen.

Wanna bet that vendor's contracts exclude liability for just that sort of massive error?

If there's been a data leak of that size the data exists somewhere.. Security researchers will either confirm the leak or not.
