Not knowing much about Football (Soccer), I still assume there is a strict contractual relationship in place, and we have seen how fond FIFA is of Trump. That is, FIFA as represented by their boss.The football associations such as DFB would have to leave their association FIFA first. Well, they could also change it, of course. But we know how likely *that* is, right? As long as the business runs the way it does, all of this is as likely as... hmmm... say, the big soccer companies reverting back to amateur assocuations with actual members playing on the field and voting in meetings.

@mihamarkic I sure won't do so, until you tell me why exactly I have to explain the strategy a German government, which I have not elected, utilizes towards the Palestine/Israel conflict.

@aral hypocrisy is, when on the one hand Netanyahu (and his junta) are accused of something, but in the same time Hamas isn't.
I'm totally, completely fed up with all the bad news from Israel/Palestine. As long as any people throw around accusations and don't see that all parties have blood on their hands. I surely won't take any side,

@treuss @SheDrivesMobility As many other things, football has become a soulless business. Spain's Cup is played these days in Arabia. I boycott every match since many years ago. Yeah #BoycottFIFA and professional football. We can have fun playing in the neighbourhood
@guslaker it's commercialized to an absurd extend, like practically all major leagues in Europe. I haven't seen a single of these high league matches live for over 20 years and I'm not going to change this.
If I feel the strong urge to see football I'll go to the local stadium or an 2nd league stadium at max. That's it.

Additionally, it is misleading and generalizing, and hypocrisy too. It is hypocritical if you blame all Germans for the acts of the government. This is a logical fallacy that you wouldn't let slide when it comes to Hamas and Palestinians. Katja has not proliferated Israeli propaganda here in this post nor elsewhere as far as I'm aware of.
There are other terms for what you do here, like rage baiting. But most of all I consider it impolite.
So please stop and discuss Israel/Palestine in those threads where it comes up naturally. Please go ahead there and argue with German genocide enablers - I know there are enough targets. You don't have to summon them here.
