As a non American it seems so bizarre how that's allowed to happen in plain sight, without any repercussions. Yet it feels like things are at such a state that somehow, even this court decision won't matter.
Hope that's not the case.

This is the kind of direct, plain language, no-punches-pulled rebuke that we need more of!@CommonSparrow @heidilifeldman I think, at the start of this egg-smashing lawlessness of the Trump administration, the judiciary were still assuming that the executive branch would act in good faith, as all the other administrations had before them. I've seen the language change from "care to explain?" to "do you think I'm stupid?" to "stop messing around" -- but this one is next level, wow.
Glen Kirschner on YouTube is a good one to follow if you want to keep up with the legal shennanigans (and how the judiciary are holding up the rule of law).
