So glad to see an opinion that is not afraid of what an appeal court might do and speaks with conviction, at this point we need both the ones that will survive appeals and the ones that will spur action and discussion, like this one.

@heidilifeldman wow, that fourth amendment text is bang-on, squarely being violated.

As a non American it seems so bizarre how that's allowed to happen in plain sight, without any repercussions. Yet it feels like things are at such a state that somehow, even this court decision won't matter.

Hope that's not the case.
