I received the combined vaccination as a child in the 80s in the UK. Last year, I saw the NHS general advice about getting a re-up.

My Spanish doctor hadn't heard about this possibility of waning immunity, but he looked it up & then immediately added it to my schedule for the nurse.

If you're of my sort of age get a booster shot!
