@artemis As long as capital has the ability to move effortlessly while labour is stuck in place, all the profits will be made where taxes are lowest, and all the labour will be done where the protections are weakest for the exact labour that needs doing.

You know that threat about the rich leaving if they are taxed? Well, won't help much if they can't go anywhere cheaper.

Countries not working together is our biggest hurdle right now. It's everyone's problem. Your's and mine.
