    Who owns Greenland?

    ✍️ Professor Marc Weller

Denmark's claim is unimpeachable. In the 1951 Defense of #Greenland Agreement with #Denmark, the US unambiguously recognizes 'the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Denmark' over Greenland.

also, it's not relevant if US recognizes, only the recognition of the comunity of the countries of the world under UN-law recognizes, and this is given.

Also recognised in 1919 by President Wilson, in writing when US bought part of the Virgin Is.

But if you want to be really fussy, Alaska wasn't Russian to sell to USA, and US Virgin Is should not have been Danish.
Greenland is more complicated (Vikings, Iceland and Denmark).
You could argue no white people have any right to the USA. The British were much kinder to the Natives in all of North America, than the Whites in USA after 1776. USA Independence was about exploiting!

Yes but they have more F-35s than you. Somebody thinks that game, set and match. Or whatever the golfing equivalent is.

How many ice breakers have the USA?

The F-35 software isn't great. I'd rather have older ones.

But how good are Danish Anti-aircraft weapons?

Ireland had some during WWII, but has none now. Zero tanks or fighter aircraft.

Unfortunately, the example of Ukraine shows all too well, how much guarantees are worth, when a bigger country feels like ignoring them:

The paper, they were written on.

Unfortunately, contracts (treaties) between unequal parties tend to protect the strong and bind the weak, whilst they usually fail in protecting the weak and binding the strong.
