In #Germany leftist organisations are debanked by some of the major banks of the country. It seems that banks, secret service and government officials are working together to repress the left. This step is undermining their ability to collect membership fees and donations and their ability to pay bills thus undermining their whole ability to rent spaces, buy materials and general organisation.The step seems to come after the publishing of a list of so called 'terrorists' and 'terrorist organisations' by the #trumpadministration in the #USA, including many organisations associated with "#antifa" and #anticapitalism. With this move they try to sabotage the major driving force of opposition to their fascist agenda and practices and to organisations globally doing similar work.In Germany all of this is taking place outside of the public scope with media hardly picking up on this major attack on public political participation and even moderate organisations like the Association of Persecutees of the Nazi Regime – Federation of Antifascists (VVN-BDA). By this these institutions are making themselves the long arm of #Trump and his reactionary politics.
