Thank you for the reality check and for pointing this out.I still hope that at least some connections remain possible at times, where tools like this could make a difference. The whole situation is just so frustrating.

The second easy way to help is installing the #orbot app on a mobile device, preferably a tablet with constant WIFI connection. On smartphones battery drain can be high and you need a plan with unlimited data. Though Orbot is mainly used to pass all the device's traffic to the TOR Network via a VPN, we ignore this function for our purposes and only activate the "Kindness" mode. Then our device can offer a #snowflake proxy to more users than the browser add-on and it can do it 24/7. 2/2 #tor
People who live in countries where the internet is being censored by the government, need our help to get free access to it. We can do this in quite easy ways. The easiest one is installing the #snowflake AddOn from @torproject in your browser. Then people from oppressive countries can use your AddOn as an entry point to the TOR Network. Downsides of this solution: Only one connection at a time possible and your computer must be running. 1/2
