Blonde sandstone tenements at the corner of Trongate and Chisholm Street in central Glasgow. Created by A.B. MacDonald in the 1890s, they were probably based on an 1877 design by John Carrick for the City Improvement Trust. The truncated conical corner roof gives it a rather nice French flavour.#glasgow #tenement #trongate #architecture #architecturephotography
