I was pondering this question since I have some experience but I wanted a wider set of thoughts.I have an now unused single speed Adams that we rode everywhere with since the child outgrew their seat. Now they are too big for the Adams and while we plan to unload it, I ponder it as a cargo trailer. It is heavy at 25lbs but it is the trailer I have and not the trailer I wish I had. And I could fit saddlebags to it...Hmmm#BikeNite

There was a small community bike ride yesterday in London, Ontario to honour the memory of Alex Pretti who was murdered by ICE in Minneapolis. It was minus 11 degrees before windchill and organized on very short notice but all who turned out were happy to be there. @philomena Doch, fahr mal weiter Natürlich muss man die Touri-Hotspots meiden, viel zu voll im Sommer. Heidkate geht noch, am besten unter der Woche bzw früh/spät, Kalifornien ist zu voll/Touris, aber Brasilien findet man auch noch Mal etwas Ruhe, insbesondere Bühne 32. Schnell an Schönberg vorbei (super voll) und dann ab Stakendorf wird es wieder erträglicher.

Moin, #Fahrrad fahren bei #Eisregen kann ich übrigens nicht empfehlen (zumindest, wenn Frau ohne Spikes unterwegs ist).Fahrrad und Klamotten waren von einer Eisschicht überzogen ! Im Wald hatte ich mehr Grip, aber streckenweise war das doch arg rutschig. Zum Glück ist nix passiert. @silmaril No problem. Your tip is very relevant, though. Pushing replacement studs in works far better when the tire is removed from the rim and at room temperature. Heating it up with a blow-dryer is optional but makes the task even easier
