@RosethornRanger Years ago i worked for a company which issued AVO books, AVO stood for "Avoid Verbal Orders", the idea being written orders forced the giver to clearly formulate what they wanted, gave the recipient a clear set of instructions and,since it was a duplicate book left an audit trail, i have always considered this a genius idea and wished more organisations did it. book left a clear audit trail
