Great that the article explained the Fediverse.Shame the news site only promotes toxic sites like Facebook and X. It's worth telling them the problems they are causing with their behaviour.

We are trying
️I've joined PC to hopefully push toot.wales to the party.
I believe that we're at a significant point as toot.wales as the clamour around Grok and Twitter and CSAM and this will hopefully bring all significant Welsh organisations onboard.

@TCMuffin Yeah, it is probably the diplomatic way forward. It would be a very foolish party that said no IMO, particularly in this context.
Assume you have someone to do it if you decide to do it, but if not give me a shout, would happily give it a go.

@TCMuffin This is a great thing. Getting more people off the corporate platforms that are just out to monetise their user base is a laudable aim. At the risk of being a downer - how are you complying with the Online Safety Act?

Good question!
At the beginning of March 2005 toot.wales completed the Online Safety Act Illegal Harms Risk Assessment for Toot Wales and this is regularly reviewed for the effect of any changes in the regulations.
