Web developers, designers, builders: what do you want W3C to be doing differently?

* make markdown a first-class citizen.
* side-note to that, use an RtL compatible markdown flavour (rn checkbox lists are the only violation I believe, across all flavours)
* allow to run Wasm without JavaScript ducktape code
* create infrastructure to allow websites to reuse Wasm libraries and have the browser cache them.

@torgo I know it's not the remit of the W3C but I can't help but wish that a governance fork of Mozilla and it's code could happen in the care of the W3C

The impression I've gotten is that the w3c has been captured by corporations for well over a decade. Maybe socialize what you're doing for regular people and open source, if anything?

@torgo Advocate for the why. It seems too many people have lost sight of the importance and value of open standards to all.

@torgo Consider deprecating highly abused standards such as the script specification in .svg.

@torgo I don't know how much could help W3C here, but I think we need alternative engines built to Blink and Gecko. I don't want a Google monopoly in web standards.
