    @EUCommission
    Free Speech?! You have just passed the literal Stasi-level of surveillance and you have the utter barefaced cheek to utter words Free Speech while literally tolerating and doing nothing about the rising neo-Nazi governments in your members?
    You speak of digital sovereignty and protections while signing contracts left and right with the Nazi States of America, turning the EU into a digital colony.
    You preach about protecting children while simultaneously exposing the most sensitive data of their parents, rope for taking by the very rapists, paedophiles and terrorists you want to protect them from. Your performative posing and hypocrisy truly knows no bounds.
    But hey, waving rainbow flags means we're progressive, right? I'm sure we'll be grateful when we're being deported for extermination in rainbow trains.

      @EUCommission No, you have more control over what we see online.
      And Elon Musk keeps shouting on X everyday that we should abolish the EU.

          @EUCommission not to sound snarky, for how long until all that is gutted in the name of innovation for Big Tech™️?

          @xgebi @EUCommission Actually, I'm more worried about what happens when Free Speech Absolutists™ abuse the "free speech" item to spread disinformation/propaganda -- but maybe that rule only applies to government-operated venues?

            @woozle @EUCommission For the time being I live in Czechia, on Monday there will be new government with fascists and Nazi sympathisers in it. Breaking the laws didn't stop them.

            So at this point I'd rather not have to deal also with shit-ton of scams and misleading ads and have some privacy.

                    No we won't have any control over what we're writing or doing when you basically "baby" us how we express ourselves without making the government cry ( https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AQpu50msxOM ) AND without knowing if you'll dox us any-fucking-time now. And that you're having the audacity to post this during your mass surveillance craze says alot about you (fyi: both voluntary and enforced chatcontrols are questionable).

                                        There is no such thing as a 'Free Speech Absolutist' the same way there is no such thing as being 'a little pregnant' - you are for Free Speech, or you are not. "Speech is Free, unless $reasoning" makes you a censor, and an autocrat.

                                          Let’s get to the point.

                                          In the EU, you have more control over what you see online.

                                          I'm in control of what I see online? Sure I am. When I am VPNing outside of the EU, to free countries like ... Singapore or Venezuela, and make my devices believe I live in the DR Congo. In the EU, thanks to EU legislation, all too often I get a "451 Unavailable for Legal Reasons", and devices who have been robbed of their functionality.
