YES it’s very important to stay informed and politically active in dark times BUT all our timelines being inundated with violent/depressing/enraging news we didn’t consent/opt-in to seeing is exhausting and ironically can lead to disengagement not activism.
️ Please use the CW Content Warning feature OR at the very least accurate hashtags!

Regardless of the server that it came from. Instance moderators can mark posts as sensitive, but only if we know about them.
