I hardly ever see it mentioned, but I liked Yoshimi, I wrote a python prog that sent osc messages into it to play random sounds (raspi) - music theory is hard!

@kde I wish all of the open-source creative software developers could collaborate on a consistent user interface design language in order to improve the #UX and #Usability.

An honorable mention to the commerical DAW Bitwig Studio, not FOSS, but has an official Linux native flatpak, which is more than a certain video editor which is supposedly also "Linux native". -
